3DQue's automated 3D print manager allows unattended part release

3DQue Automation Technology produces automated digital manufacturing systems for in-house on-demand mass production of high-resolution components.According to the Canadian company, its system helps to quickly produce complex parts at a cost and quality level not achievable with traditional 3D printing techniques.
3DQue’s original system, QPoD, can reportedly deliver plastic parts 24/7 without the need for an operator to remove parts or reset the printer — no tape, glue, movable print beds or robots.
The company’s Quinly system is an automated 3D printing manager that turns an Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro or Ender 3 V2 into a continuous part-making printer that automatically schedules and runs jobs and removes parts.
Also, Quinly can now use BASF Ultrafuse 316L and Polymaker PolyCast filament for metal printing on the Ultimaker S5.Early test results show that the Quinly system combined with the Ultimaker S5 can reduce printer operation time by 90%, reduce cost per piece by 63%, and reduce initial capital investment by 90% compared to traditional metal 3D printing setups.
The Additive Report focuses on the use of additive manufacturing technologies in real-world manufacturing.Manufacturers today are using 3D printing to make tools and fixtures, and some are even using AM for high-volume production work.Their stories will be presented here.
